RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Strategy & Planning
- Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities
- Exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables
- External Analysis: Assess the existing opportunities and threats of the organisation's external environment, comprising industry and environmental forces
- Internal Analysis: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation in its internal environment including its resources and competencies
- Strategy Design: Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage by matching the strengths and weaknesses with the opportunities and threats of the organisation
- Strategy Execution: Apply the developed strategies and monitor execution by identifying resources, processes and KPIs
- Strategic Control: Measure achievements and make adjustments in areas where the strategies are not generating the anticipated results
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 - 4 years of Experience in Strategy/Founding teams in Start-ups, Front-end consulting in business growth, profit enhancement.
- Bachelor's should necessarily be from Tier 1 Colleges only. Master's is not required.
- Excellent Academic Record throughout the education background.
- Should ideally have worked on assessing markets on ground for new products or market entry.
- Equally comfortable going for market visits and presenting and discussing insights to stakeholders like CEO and investors, and third parties.
- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
- Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you
- Strong Skills in Presentation and data positioning along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
