In order to support new and existing customers we are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) who consider a job in customer service / customer support as a next step in their career path.

About you?

• Assist users of various apps in using Blockchain technologies

• Explain new or potential users the concepts and advantages of the apps offered

• In case of bugs you pass the message on to the programming team

• Reply to questions concerning invoices, subscription fees and similar

• Arrange workshops with new customers and inhouse staff

• Assist customers during integration and implementation phases

What do you bring?
