About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify market opportunities and overall product planning and mid-to-long term roadmap for cross-chain bridge aggregator product.
- Integrate internal and external resources, define product goals, ensure product R&D direction is consistent with company strategy.
- Conduct product requirement research and management, propose product solutions based on customer pain points and business growth needs.
- In charge of product prototyping, iteration planning, new feature testing and online performance evaluation for cross-chain bridge aggregator product.
- Formulate and implement product promotion plans, coordinate promotion activities with marketing/operation teams.
- Real-time track product performance, conduct user demand assessment and user feedback, timely optimize product.
- Responsible for relevant data analysis and business report output to provide decision support to the management team.
What We Look For In You
- 3+ years experience as an Internet product manager, with cross-chain product experience preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools, able to analyze on-chain and off-chain data metrics.
- Familiar with blockchain technology and industry development trends, recognize long-term values of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
- Strong proactiveness, execution capability and communication skills, innovative thinking and user insights.
- Possess systematic thinking capability and product lifecycle management capability essential for Internet product managers.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for interacting with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
