  • Be prepared to work non-standard hours. Crypto is a 24/7 market and our team and clients are spread around the world

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Strategic Market Making business by owning the process from start to finish
  • Proactively identify new clients and opportunities through monitoring key developments in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and developing a personal, trusted network
  • Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with external stakeholders (clients, exchanges, custodians, and lenders)
  • Maintain regular communication channels with external stakeholders to ensure a market leading offering
  • Work with various internal teams to create bespoke client solutions using best-in-class experience and technology that the firm has developed
  • Maintain a structured approach to the business development process and streamline operations as the business scales

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partnership or sales roles preferably at financial services or crypto firms
  • Experience with a wide variety of financial products (options and structured products) including algorithmic trading firm experience will be an advantage
  • Results driven approach to solving problems and respond well to challenges
  • Highly professional team-player with a strong attention to detail
  • Culturally collaborative and with a strong desire to learn new competencies
