We're looking for aProject Manager with experience in Blockchain industry to join the Project Management team at Modus.
About You

You have a proven track record of successful project delivery in dynamic and fast-paced environments. You understand Blockchain industry and its specificities. You have managed remote, globally distributed teams of engineers, designers, QA, etc. focused on delivering mobile and web applications. Your primary focus will be collaborating with the client and Modus team members to measure and monitor results, manage day-to-day project operations, identify and escalate roadblocks, and be a main point of contact for our client and delivery teams. Strong experience working with multiple work streams being delivered by subcontractors is familiar to you and a conflict resolution is a part of your tactical skillset. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation abilities are required, particularly via video, phone, email, and chat. You own extensive software delivery experience covering all aspects of SDLC and PDLC.
You have previously worked with multiple teams and successfully managed and ensured delivery of large agile projects. You are a SAFe Agilest with Prince2 or PMP certifications. Strong communication and relationship management is second nature to you. The ability to quickly learn and understand specific client processes is essential. Consulting with the client and Modus team on process improvements for the delivery will be important. Having a strong understanding of project accounting and the importance of monitoring hours, spending plans, and communicating this regularly is required. Experience with project management software, especially Atlassian, is a huge bonus.
