Job Title: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Location: Hybrid - Europe Based

Our mission is to revolutionize the way raffles are conducted while ensuring integrity and excitement for our users. We are expanding our platform to include on-chain games, further innovating in the space of decentralized entertainment.
Job Description: As the CTO of Winnables.com, you will lead the technical operations and development of our platform. This role involves spearheading the integration of on-chain games, enhancing our raffle system, and driving technological advancements in line with our vision of a fully decentralized entertainment experience. You will play a key role in decision-making processes, tech strategy development, and ensuring the scalability and security of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to align with our business goals.
- Manage and oversee the software development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies and trends to keep Winnables.com at the cutting edge.
- Lead, mentor, and expand our development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and scalability of our decentralized raffle platform.
- Manage technical budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in a tech company, preferably in the blockchain.
- Strong technical background with expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
