Tasks

We are looking for a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and visual aesthetics of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create user-centered designs that meet both business goals and end-user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with our brand
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and changing project requirements
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, or similar
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficiency in design tool Figma is a requirement, and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch are beneficial
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
• Experience in design for financial services and / or web3 and blockchain
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
