As we scale, we’re looking for a Paid Traffic Specialist to join our marketing team and drive strategic, high-converting ad campaigns across X (Twitter) and Web3 platforms.

The Role

We’re seeking a Paid Traffic Specialist with deep expertise in social media advertising, paid traffic strategies, and conversion optimization. You’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performance ad campaigns that attract crypto investors, Web3 enthusiasts, and enterprise cloud users to the NexQloud ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across X (Twitter), Web3-native ad platforms, and other high-impact social channels.

• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.

• Test and optimize ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve conversions and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).

• Expand NexQloud’s presence across emerging Web3 advertising networks, including crypto-native DSPs, DeFi platforms, and community-based ad channels.

• Coordinate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, including static ads, video, GIFs, and interactive media.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.

• Implement tracking solutions using Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and on-chain analytics tools to measure the full user journey.

• Continuously A/B test ad variations to find the best-performing headlines, images, CTAs, and audience segments.

• Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages in collaboration with the growth and product teams.

• Identify drop-off points and implement re-engagement strategies to recover lost traffic.

Crypto & Web3 Growth Marketing

• Stay ahead of trends in the crypto and blockchain marketing landscape to ensure NexQloud remains competitive.

• Leverage token incentives, staking mechanisms, and airdrop strategies to increase engagement and retention.

• Experiment with influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations in the crypto space to amplify reach.

• Test new ad placements on decentralized platforms, NFT marketplaces, and Web3-native advertising networks.

• Explore partnerships with major crypto communities to create high-impact paid marketing opportunities.

Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure all paid advertising campaigns adhere to crypto and Web3 advertising regulations on various platforms.

• Stay informed about evolving ad policies for X (Twitter), Meta, Google, and other platforms to mitigate risk.

• Implement best practices for ad account security and budget protection to avoid fraud and policy violations.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience running paid traffic campaigns on X, Meta, Google Ads, and Web3 platforms

✅ Proven track record of scaling high-performing ad campaigns with strong ROAS

✅ Experience in blockchain, Web3, or crypto marketing is highly preferred

✅ Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and ad creatives tailored for crypto & Web3 audiences

✅ Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization

✅ Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and tokenomics is a plus

✅ Experience using on-chain analytics tools to measure blockchain-based ad performance is a plus
