Headquartered in Paris, with offices in Vierzon, New York, London and Singapore, Ledger has a team of 700+ professionals developing products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets for companies and the general public.  As part of its strong growth, Ledger is looking for a Technical Writer for its Infrastructure and Operations / Service Design Team, in France.

The Infrastructure and Operations / Service Design team you will join has the following missions:

We define the quality attributes of all the services provided by the Infrastructure and Operations Team to Ledger and Ledger’s customers:  -Service Level Requirements -Business Continuity -Capacity Management -Security Management -Compliance & Certifications

We define the scope of Infrastructure Projects with the Project Management Office, we support Infrastructure projects discoveries. We provide the architecture / high level design (HLD) of every new or updated service along with the other teams of the Infra-OPS department We provide to all Ledgers an up-to-date view on Ledger managed business IT system ( data centers, cloud based systems  and applications )
