Web3 Technical Writer - Infrastructure & Operations

Founded in 2014, Ledger is the first French unicorn in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies  and blockchain applications. Headquartered in Paris, with offices in Vierzon, New York, London and Singapore, Ledger has a team of 700+ professionals developing products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets for companies and the general public.  As part of its strong growth, Ledger is looking for a Technical Writer for its Infrastructure and Operations / Service Design Team, in France.

The Infrastructure and Operations / Service Design team you will join has the following missions:

We define the quality attributes of all the services provided by the Infrastructure and Operations Team to Ledger and Ledger’s customers:  -Service Level Requirements -Business Continuity -Capacity Management -Security Management -Compliance & Certifications

We define the scope of Infrastructure Projects with the Project Management Office, we support Infrastructure projects discoveries. We provide the architecture / high level design (HLD) of every new or updated service along with the other teams of the Infra-OPS department We provide to all Ledgers an up-to-date view on Ledger managed business IT system ( data centers, cloud based systems  and applications )
