As an Events Manager at Rarible, based in Lisbon, you will be responsible for bringing the vibrant and innovative personality of Rarible to life at IRL events. In this dynamic role, you will manage our presence at various web3 events worldwide and be the go-to person for hosting, attending, and organizing events for Rarible.
You'll be at the forefront of connecting Rarible with key industry players, partners, and event attendees, representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
This role requires a highly organized and creative individual, capable of executing memorable events that reflect Rarible’s values and enhance our engagement with the web3 community. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure Rarible’s events align with our strategic goals and vision.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Rarible-hosted events, from small gatherings to large conferences, ensuring that our brand is well-represented and impactful.
- Manage the logistics for the Rarible team’s participation in web3 events globally, including travel, accommodations, and event schedules.
- Act as the office manager for the Lisbon office, ensuring the team’s workspace is functional and conducive to productivity.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any in-office or event-related needs for the Lisbon-based Rarible team members.
- Network and build relationships with event organizers, industry stakeholders, and partners to increase Rarible’s visibility and influence in the web3 space.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to bring Rarible’s identity to life at IRL events and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing event performance, reporting on metrics, and refining event strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
- Coordinate with external vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth event execution.

- Passion for networking and building relationships in the industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with web3 technologies and a passion for the evolving NFT and blockchain ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team.
- Based in Lisbon and available to travel internationally as required.
