We are searching for a highly motivated and driven Senior Developer who is looking for a full-time position. Blockchain experience is a MUST!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure applications
- Automate the deployment of blockchain specific software
- Maintain and deploy the latest blockchain protocol platforms
- Work closely with team of engineers to integrate new protocols into the deployment pipeline
- Collaborate with upstream blockchain protocol developers to streamline integration and rapid onboarding of new technologies
- Collaborate with upstream blockchain protocol communities to engender goodwill and give Blockdaemon grant and partnership opportunities
- Support production blockchain node deployments for multiple protocols
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technology field)
- 5+ years of experience
- Proficient with Golang and ansible
- Good working knowledge of security standard methodologies
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure technology (AWS, GCE, Azure, etc.)
- Ability to work within an environment of continuous integration and deployment
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Proven grounding in Git as part of the software development lifecycle
- Solid understanding and comfortable with Docker
- Comfortable working with Linux-based server environments
- Experience with automation tooling
- Ability to work independently, debugging problems across the full stack
- Works well in a fast paced environment and can pivot from projects as needed
