Currently our main initiative is Kambria DAOshttps://kambria.io/daos/. In a nutshell, this is a model for the community to co-own technology, where DAO members of a technology solution will decide and contribute to the development and commercialization of it, and get revenue sharing when the solution is commercialized.

  • In2023we have launched the first 4Robotics Impact DAOsfor Pet Care, Mine Clearing, Ocean Cleanup and Underwater Conservation.

  • In2024we are introducing the next 4Daily-life Impact DAOsof Elderly Care, Home Gardening, Smart Recycle and Tech Learning.

About the Core Team

Currently the Core Team has 4 members (aged 25-28) working under the guidance and directions from the CEO.

As Program Executives, they rotate through various roles and responsibilities to drive the initiatives and activities of Kambria and its ecosystem. These include:

  • Product: Collaborating with the Dev Team on product development through production testing, providing feedback, and conducting experiments with real users.

  • Business growth: Leading fundraising efforts for Kambria DAOs, executing go-to-market strategies for Model DAOs (such as Community Days), and enrolling DAO Partners.

  • Community: Organizing DAO activities, expanding the Social Impact Innovation Alliance, and growing the Kambria community in Discord.

  • Customer success: Ensuring user satisfaction and retention, while converting trial users into paid customers.

  • Growth marketing: Managing outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and Facebook ads.

  • Content marketing: Creating engaging content for websites, social media, and various creative assets.

  • Back office: Assisting with logistics for activities across fields, supporting the CEO in company operations (including admin, HR, and team activities), and contributing to DAO governance (finance processing, statistics, etc.).

As you see, our Core Team is compact yet highly versatile. Our strengths lie in collaboration, a readiness to tackle diverse challenges, and a shared passion for making a positive social impact, enabling us to accomplish the jobs.

Looking ahead to 2025, as our Model DAO (Tech-powered Elderly Care DAO) progresses into its go-to-market and commercialization phase, we are excited to welcome 2 new members to join our dynamic team.

The new teammates

We are seeking 2 new team members in the position of Program Executive, with the following key attributes:

  • 1-3 years ofrelevant experience, including experiences in Youth Organizations and Community Activities

  • Goodbusinessacumen, with the ability, or eagerness to learn, to communicate fluently intechnicalterms. Background in Business with experience in the Technology industry or Background in Technology with experience in Business roles.

  • Proficientcommunicationskills in both English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.

  • Goodexecutionskills, capable of implementing activities and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail. Results-oriented, willing to go the extra mile to ensure projects are executed on time and of a high quality.

  • Professionalismand a high sense of responsibility. Time management and commitment, self-motivation and self-discipline are crucial for success in a hybrid working environment.

  • Growth mindsetwith critical thinking and self-learning abilities. Bringing good questions as well as fresh perspectives and approaches to enhance work efficiency.

  • Especially this time, we are looking for:

    • A member who can add strengths in business growth, partnership and event management.

    • A junior member for a support role across various scopes (from time to time), offering an opportunity to develop diverse skill sets.

We expect Core Team members to grow in tandem with the expansion of Kambria's businesses.

  • Fulltime employment:

    • Compensation: (Net) Salary $400-$750, Yearly adjustment (~ Gross $450-$850)

    • Modern hybrid working experience: Remote work is the norm. Working at the office is only required 1-2 days / week as well as when necessary for assigned tasks.

    • Social insurance, health/life/disability insurance, annual health check

    • Tet bonus (13th month salary)

    • Yearly bonus up to 2 month pay depending on performance review

    • 14 days of paid vacation

    • Company trip and other team benefits.

    • Monthly petrol & phone allowance

  • Parttime employment

    • Compensation: ~ [$2.5 - 5.5/hour x 80 hours] gross/month

    • Modern hybrid working experience: Remote work is the norm. Working at the office is only required when necessary for assigned tasks.

    • Tet bonus (13th month salary)

    • Yearly bonus up to 2 month pay depending on performance review

    • Company trip and other team benefits
