Blockchain games to date have had the problem of high hurdles to get started and difficulty in acquiring many users.

[Job description]
You will be in charge of the development of blockchain games.
You will lead client-side development (application development in Unity), such as implementing new features.
■Job details
・Using Unity to design, implement, review, and maintain client applications
・Measurement and analysis of whether the desired results have been achieved through new functions and functional improvements
・Collaborate with planners to understand requirements for new features, and work with designers and server engineers to determine detailed specifications
・System documentation
・Understand KPIs and give feedback to team members on the requirements and implementation of new functions and functional improvements in a flat manner

【お仕事の内容】
ブロックチェーンゲームの開発に携わっていただきます。
新機能の実装など、クライアントサイド開発（Unityでのアプリ開発）をリードいただける方を募集しております。
＜具体的業務＞
・Unityを使いクライアントアプリを設計、実装、レビュー、保守
・新機能や機能改善によって実現しようとした成果が得られたのかを、計測・分析
・プランナーと連携して新機能の要件を把握し、デザイナーやサーバーエンジニアと協力して詳細な仕様を決定
・システムのドキュメンテーション
・KPIを理解し、チームメンバーと新機能や機能改善の要件や実装について互いにフラットにフィードバックを行う
