Web3 Backend Engineer

What You Will Do

As a Backend Engineer, you will work across our data and backend stack to power risk tooling, analytics, and growth systems.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable integrations to extract and normalize data from external sources
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability across the flows you manage
• Design, build, and maintain production-grade backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to documentation and technical decision-making

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in crypto-native or blockchain-related roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and/or Python
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Proficiency in building microservices with modern backend frameworks
• Experience working with relational databases and NoSQL
• Comfortable using AI-powered development tools

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with dbt
• Exposure to data lake and data warehousing technologies
• Generalist skill set with the ability to context-switch across the stack
• Background working in a fast-paced setting
