Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Financial Systems Admin with a primary focus in assisting the Finance and Accounting teams with developing and maintaining the company's financial reporting systems and processes.  Additionally, this role will act as a backup to the IT Operations team. You should have an excellent ability to multi-task and solve problems both independently and as part of a multi-level team.  A high level of communication will be needed in this role as you will be communicating with members of the senior management team as well as external auditors.    Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.  Responsibilities

Work with Finance and IT teams to evaluate, improve, and maintain financial systems and software. Reviewing and administering general ledger and other financial reports.   Administer financial tools/software, build reports, and ensure the accurate collecting, processing, and reporting of company financial data.   Assist the departments in responding to inquiries from the business units about ongoing operational compliance. Act as a backup to the IT Operations team in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise, configuring and maintaining Windows and MAC computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications. Collaborate with IT Operations staff to administer networks and systems, analyze the company’s technical operations, and provide solutions to improve operations.  

Qualifications: 

At least 2+ years experience administering financial reporting tools Experience utilizing ticketing software (Jira, Hubspot, ZenDesk, etc.)  Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC 1) Experience administering human resources software Experience conducting user access reviews and other audits Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within company systems Sustaining network integrity, workstation deployment, and security and patching OS for security vulnerability Familiarity with SSO, VPN, MFA and MDM  Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, slack, Google Workspace, KnowBe4, and Jira a plus
