Tasks

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead ONINO’s Web3 marketing efforts. This role is crucial in growing ONINO’s relevance in the blockchain space and attracting users, builders, and customers to our blockchain and ecosystem. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and network volume while managing both internal and external marketing resources, as well as executing marketing measures first-handedly.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Growth & Strategy: Establish ONINO as a leading brand in Web3, particularly in the RWA and tokenization space.
• Community & Social Media: Manage and expand ONINO’s presence on X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Marketing: Oversee content strategy, including blog posts, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, video production, and podcasts.
• SEO & Performance Marketing: Drive organic and paid traffic through SEO, SEA, and growth marketing strategies.
• Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with key industry players, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand awareness.
• Event Marketing: Organize and manage participation in conferences, AMAs, and sponsorships to boost engagement.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with key Web3 influencers and KOLs to amplify ONINO’s reach.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze key metrics, optimize marketing strategies, and drive measurable impact on user acquisition and network volume.
• Team & Agency Management: Start as an individual contributor, manage an external marketing agency, and gradually build an internal team.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing (growth marketing, analytics, and performance optimization).
• Web3 marketing experience is a strong plus, but a high willingness to learn is also appreciated.
• Strong expertise in content writing, SEO, SEA, design, animation, video, and audio production.
• Expertise in working with external content producers or marketing agencies and growing & leading marketing teams.
• Ability to work independently and scale marketing efforts in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for innovation and early-stage startup culture.
• Languages: (native-)fluency in English required, German language skills an advantage
