What You Will Be Doing

We’ve built our reputation on trust, reliability, and compliance. As security is paramount to that reputation, we are seeking an experienced blockchain security engineer as we shift to web3. You will be building security in a new and challenging space on increasingly exciting products, at a company that will deeply appreciate your work in building airtight security.

You’re an engineer at heart who’s a skilled developer who likes to build, and you're intensely curious and passionate about security in the crypto space.

You will be leading all aspects of our security operations including:
Develop tools to automate security testing and enable more efficient discovery and resolution of security problems.
MFA system
Operational and regulatory needs
Cryptographic custody systems
In-app economy and state channels
Researching and developing our approach to crypto solutions, such as threshold schemes
Analyse and develop strategies to improve the server-side security of our validator node software and the validor network.
Develop mitigation strategies and monitoring tools to combat against network attacks

Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Security Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional information security experience
1+ years of blockchain based security

Experience with Linux platforms, vulnerability research, and penetration testing
5+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
Educated and versed in the threat actors, techniques, and incident lifecycles of web3 applications
Must be living or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, California
