Web3 BNB Chain - Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and BNB Chain projects to design growth initiatives to grow projects' user base.
• Design campaigns and initiatives that can effectively drive project growth.
• Suggest creative ideas and convince projects to collaborate on partnerships to deliver results.
• Communicate and liaise effective across multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
• Meticulously plan logistics and details of growth initiatives, and effectively manage them to deliver timely milestones.

Requirements:

• At least 3-6 years' experience of working in a growth/campaign role.
• Good knowledge of blockchains and decentralised applications.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Able to creatively suggest growth plans and ideas.
• Strong communication and articulation skills, and be able to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Business level English.
