At Request Finance, you will be working on enhancing the platform used by over 2,000 Web 3.0 companies like AAVE, The Sandbox, and Maker to manage their B2B crypto payments. Managing crypto payments is an administrative nightmare for businesses.
Our app solves that with thoughtful features like a dashboard showing all your invoices and their on-chain payment statuses, paying hundreds of invoices to different wallets in a few clicks, scheduling recurring invoices, and more.
As the CMO, you will be the driving force behind Request brand voice and marketing strategies. You will spearhead efforts to elevate our brand awareness, promote our vision, and showcase our products to the world. We seek a dynamic individual with a passion for cutting-edge technology, a deep understanding of B2B enterprise marketing, and an unwavering commitment to promoting Web3 security.
You will be responsible for the Acquisition Strategy & Results of the company.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Manage a team of marketers, writers and creatives
- Work closely and cross-functionally with the product managers & sales team
- Provide support and work cross-departmentally with the Enterprise, Product and Tech teams
- Manage a team of freelancers
GENERAL MARKETING
- Lead the communications based on positioning and research
- Responsible for the B2B lead acquisition strategy
- Lead content marketing efforts and deliverables
- Manage & execute email marketing campaigns
- Support the product team for transactional & behavioural emails
- Ensuring a high standard of execution, reporting, and constant optimization
- Design and implement new strategies that raise awareness of Request activities
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Self-starter with experience owning multiple areas of marketing
- Proven leadership and experience in a high-level marketing role within the blockchain and crypto industries
- Proven track record of clear and productive cross-departmental communication
- Flexible team player with a startup mentality and a willingness to engage in tasks outside of their established skillset
- Organized, results-oriented operator with an ability to focus and thrive in an active and, at times, demanding environment
- Curious learner ready to expand their repertoire of skills into needed areas
