Web3 CMO (Boosty Venture Studio)

Boosty Venture Studio is an innovative hub dedicated to generating and nurturing multiple start-up ideas in the crypto space. We provide funding, resources, mentorship, and shared services to help start-ups develop and succeed. Our framework, refined through hundreds of iterations, reduces risks and increases the chance of success.

Focusing strategically on Bitcoin, Boosty Venture Studio supports the development of BitcoinFi and LSTfi products. Our studio is backed by Boosty Labs, one of the largest blockchain development shops, as well as venture firm Hypra.fund and Adventures Lab.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to help develop and grow the projects within our venture studio.

Team on the project: 2 Community Managers

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing roles, including team management
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi
• Demonstrated ability to scale a company to 250k followers and users
• Established connections with top 50 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with a reach of 2M+
• Experience in community management and building trustful relationships with users
• Proven experience in shilling within the cryptocurrency community
• Ability to analyze the market, identify trends, and discover opportunities
• Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and bring them to life
• High level of written and verbal communication for effective interaction with the team and external partners

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement strategies to promote our web3 projects and initiatives within the Bitcoin ecosystem
• Create go-to-market launch strategies for new projects
• Develop and strengthen our studio's brand on a global market
• Engage with the community, build trustful relationships, and actively involve users
• Create and promote content that resonates with our audience and raises awareness about our projects
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to promote our projects
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Organize marketing campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones
• Analyze the results of marketing initiatives and optimize them for better outcomes
