Web3 Community Lead/COO

1. More than 3 years experience in web3 projects, comprehensive capabilities in user operation and project promotion, and experience in systemic community operation and promotion is preferred;
2. Sensitive to industry hotspots, and be good at content creation and identification;
3. Be responsible for the growth and retention of community users, continuously optimize the whole process of customer acquisition-retention, and build a high-quality and sustainable growth plan;
4. Result-oriented, able toformulate operational plans according to goals, and adjust them in real time to achieve project goals;
