岗位职责：
1.根据公司业务发展需求，统筹社群运营规划，落地执行运营方案，并对结果负责；
2.负责社群的日常运营，执行社群 SOP，引导社群话题、制造社群氛围、处理用户疑问，对社群用户的拉新、促活、留存、转化负责；
3.负责社群内容产出，输出与行业热点、专业知识、产品知识等用户喜闻乐见的高品质内容，不断优化内容的展现形式，使优质内容成为核心价值之一；
4.负责社群日常活动的策划和执行，产出不限于拉新活动、KOL访谈活动、产品活动等。配合公司业务发展需要，适时制定形式多样有趣的活动，进行社群的宣发和用户转化；
5.挖掘社群核心用户，搭建良好的合作关系，为商务合作提供线索。寻找并管理志愿者，共同利用 KOL、KOC 进一步激活社群氛围，拓展社群生态。
任职要求：
1.熟悉相关社群工具和玩法。良好的沟通能力，热爱行业，具备群主的责任心；
2.具备同行其他平台相关工作经验优先，英文可作为工作语言为加分项。
