Blockchain.com is the world's leading software platform for digital assets. Offering the largest production blockchain platform in the world, we share the passion to code, create, and ultimately build an open, accessible and fair financial future, one piece of software at a time. We are seeking a passionate and Web3-native Community Manager to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and expanding a global community of crypto users and enthusiasts. You’ll serve as the voice and advocate for our community while working at the forefront of Web3 innovation. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Web3 and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, strategy, and engineering teams. You will define community goals, execute on strategic initiatives, and foster vibrant engagement across both online and in-person channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes crypto, understands decentralized ecosystems, and thrives in fast-moving environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Grow and manage a high-impact, global community across platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and more. Define, track, and optimize key community KPIs related to engagement, retention, sentiment, and user growth. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering to relay feedback and align community initiatives with product roadmaps. Plan and execute community activations, including IRL and online events such as hackathons, meetups, workshops, AMAs, and campaigns. Drive daily engagement on Discord, including content development, moderation, and bot optimization. Represent the voice of the community internally and build a feedback loop between users and the broader R&D team. Stay on top of Web3 trends and community innovations to bring new ideas to our engagement strategy. Monitor, measure, and report on community health and engagement, continuously iterating based on insights.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proven experience building and scaling Web3 communities, with deep understanding of crypto culture, DeFi, and decentralized networks. Mastery in managing and growing audiences on Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and similar platforms. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging community dialogue. Highly proactive, self-starter attitude—comfortable working in ambiguity and independently driving execution. Strong organizational skills to plan and track KPIs, initiatives, and community feedback loops. Technical fluency and comfort working closely with product and engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to analyze community metrics, identify growth opportunities, and pivot strategies as needed. An always-online mindset—social media-savvy and excited about engaging with global communities in real time.

This is a high-ownership role with a growth path into Lead Community Manager. If you're ready to help shape the future of Web3 communities from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
