bemo is hiring a Web3 Community Support Manager
Compensation: $63k - $75k estimated

bemo is at the forefront of DeFi development on the TON blockchain. We began with a liquid staking app and are expanding our product range. Our mission is to bring efficiency, utility, and innovation to TON investors, especially in the institutional sphere.
We are looking for a motivated Community Support Manager to manage and grow our social media channels, engage with our community, and oversee interactions with contributors. This role is essential in maintaining a vibrant online presence and fostering strong connections with our audience. If you're passionate about community-building in the blockchain space and have experience with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Medium, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bemo’s Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium channels, ensuring regular, engaging, and relevant updates
- Maintain and grow the bemo Telegram channel (in English) by facilitating meaningful conversations and fostering a positive community environment
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally across all platforms
- Coordinate with community support contributors, guiding them on tasks, content ideas, and engagement strategies
- Monitor contributor performance and ensure alignment with community goals and bemo’s brand tone
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with product updates, campaigns, and company announcements
- Gather and share feedback from the community to improve bemo’s products and services
- Stay up-to-date on trends in crypto, blockchain, and community management to keep content fresh and engaging
- Regularly review and optimize community management strategies for higher engagement and improved communication
Community Support Manager
- Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing Telegram communities and familiarity with crypto audience dynamics
- At least 1 year of experience working in crypto or blockchain-related communities or social media roles
- Strong understanding of TON blockchain or the ability to learn quickly about its ecosystem and offerings
- Proven experience managing Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium accounts for a brand or project
- Ability to develop strategies to drive engagement and grow community presence
- Organized and capable of multitasking across multiple communication channels and teams
