Revaia is a technology growth equity fund launched in 2018 based in Paris, London, and in Berlin. We partner with the next generation of European digital scale-ups and help them build leadership positions in a sustainable way.

So far, we have partnered with 15 technology companies: Aircall (a cloud telephony software), GetAccept (a sales enablement software), gohenry (a mobile neobank for kids), Welcome to the Jungle (a digital workplace platform), Yubo (a social discovery mobile application), Frontify (a digital asset management platform), Hublo (a staff management solution for the healthcare sector), Planity (a marketplace for the beauty sector), Algolia (a search and discovery API solution), deepki (an ESG data intelligence platform), Coralogix (an in-stream observability platform), platform.sh (a next-generation hosting platform), Kaiko (a crypto market data platform), Mews (a cloud-based hotel property management system) and Epsor (an employee savings and retirement solution).

We partner with and look for technology companies across a large spectrum of industries and business models. Our typical investment range is €5m to €30m, from series B to post-IPO investments. We incorporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics into our investment process and throughout the monitoring of our portfolio.

Job Description

Mission description:

Based in Berlin, the intern will be part of the investment team and will be supervised by 8 investors in Paris, London, and in Berlin. She or he will be fully involved in all steps of the investment process.

Key contributions include:

Sourcing: in-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation in industry forums and tech-related events.

Assistance in the investment process: market review, work with industry experts, financial analysis and modeling, participation in meetings with companies, advisors, and partners, preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee.

Assistance in the fundraising process: preparation and update of presentation materials, sourcing of potential LPs, drafting of follow-up emails.

Preparation of weekly meetings: deal flow review, new investment opportunities, and presentation of analyses carried out.

Portfolio support: work with and help support the entrepreneurs and teams of our portfolio companies.

ESG support: make sure ESG processes and criteria are integrated all along the investment cycle and promoted among portfolio companies.

Qualifications

Profile we are looking for:

At least one internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A …) or strategy consulting

Strong entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity to understand the technology ecosystem

Autonomy and multi-tasking

Full proficiency in English

Eligible to work in Germany
