Gaining a strong understanding of the existing research pipeline and currently deployed trading strategies Collaborating with the team to design, test, and deploy additional types of semi-systematic (and potentially discretionary) trading strategies. Firmly understanding and owning the operational elements of the existing execution framework, including strategy rebalance. Developing an understanding of market flows and microstructure, to contextualize the performance of our strategies in the broader market.

  Your Profile:

Bachelors and Higher in a quantitative/technical field. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong foundation in statistics. At least 2y+ programming skills for data analysis and backtest design implementation At least 5y+ in trading (can be any asset class), with a strong foundation of derivatives and risk management. This includes an understanding of market microstructure both from a particular asset class perspective, but also in the context of broader macro factors. Preference for individuals with crypto-specific experience
