Job Description:

Drive growth, visibility, and conversion across Step Finance’s suite of products by managing and scaling ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter/X, and Google Ads platforms.

• Plan, build, and optimize high-performing paid ad campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and user activation.
• Execute A/B tests, landing page experiments, copy iterations, and creative testing to improve performance.
• Analyze ad performance across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Twitter Ads Manager to make data driven decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to develop scroll stopping creatives and compelling copy tailored for each platform.
• Stay on top of the latest platform changes, ad formats, and algorithm shifts to ensure we’re always ahead of the competition.
• Help build automation and reporting workflows to scale what works and eliminate what doesn’t.
• Track, report, and iterate on user acquisition funnels across organic and paid campaigns.
• Work closely with the Step product and analytics teams to ensure post-click conversion tracking is precise and aligned with our growth goals.

You are:

• A paid ads expert. You know your way around Meta’s Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads like driving a car around your hometown.
• Fluent in the languages of CTR, CPM, ROAS, and CAC.
• Equal parts creative and analytical. You’re always testing new messaging and visuals, but know it’s the numbers that decide the winner.
• Deeply curious about Solana and crypto. You follow onchain trends, meme culture, and preferably are a degen yourself.
• Experienced in managing $5k–$100k+/month paid ad budgets and scaling what works.
• Not afraid of spreadsheets, dashboards, or performance marketing KPIs.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similar for tracking and attribution.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
• English-native or fluent, with copywriting skills that get people clicking.
