We are searching for a Head of Business who will help Pintu shape ourstrategic direction & growth, as well as execute key projects end-to-end toachieve objectives. With a combination of excellent critical thinking, strongquantitative & qualitative analysis, and project management skills, a successfulcandidate should have a proven track record in breaking down complexproblems, recommending decisions/ practical courses of action, and making animpact through execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Strategy Associate at Pintu, you will become an important member of a team whose passion is to bring crypto to all Indonesians. You will work alongside team members who are similarly driven to make a lasting impact by tackling complex problems, developing compelling recommendations, and executing these recommendations with a focus on excellence & our customers. We pride ourselves in fostering a culture focused on grit, strong collaboration, integrity, and constant learning.

1. Strategic Planning:
   1. Leveraging knowledge about crypto/ blockchain/ capital markets and available data (e.g. market trends, internal data, customer insights) to develop valuable insights, identify opportunities and determine strategic direction
   2. Work with management and cross-functional team to translate strategy into key metrics & key initiatives in an integrated and cohesive fashion.
2.  Performance Management:
   
   1. Maintain effective management cadence for key metrics reviews to support
      

   transparency, accountability, and decision-making.

3.  Project Management:
   
   1.   Building strong relationships and collaborating with both internal & external stakeholders to execute key projects that will contribute to our North Star vision & key objectives.
   2. Maintaining a structured and organized system to track ongoing projects end-to-end; helping to unblock roadblocks and issues as needed to ensure initiatives are on track.
   3. Lead task forces of high-impact priority projects.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic track record preferably in areas of Business /Management / Finance/ Economics.
• A Master's Degree is nice to have / plus.
• Knowledge and experience in Crypto/ Blockchain/ Web3/ FinTech/ Capital Markets.

• At least 8 years of experience in a highly analytical role and has excellent critical thinking/problem-solving skills.

• Highly meticulous and organized in managing multiple/ large-scale complex initiatives.

• Proactive and possess the tenacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make an impact.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, independent, quick learner, and result-oriented

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English) and comfortable in collaborating with a cross-functional team.
