LiveOps Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a live ops and monetization strategy to meet audience and business goals.
- Oversee daily strategy execution, including event schedules and KPI targets.
- Lead the roadmap for new features and tools, coordinating with stakeholders for development.
- Work with analysts to analyze game performance and pinpoint engagement and monetization opportunities.
- Provide expertise in free-to-play live ops, feature design, and monetization practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Game Design, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years focused on running Live games or LiveOps.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passionate about gaming.
