• You'll conduct in-depth research on various blockchain projects.

Requirements

• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You have very high zeal to learn new things and have aspirations to acquire the craft of corresponding complex subjects in lucid terms.
• You have an understanding of blockchains, consensus mechanisms, byzantine fault tolerance, and attack scenarios.
• You have the ability to derive information from a variety of sources, including whitepapers, technical paper, discussion forums, etc.
• You have sharp analytical abilities, including identification of unconventional trends and emerging technologies.
• You’re analytical and meticulously detail-oriented.
• You're amazing at decision-making, consensus building, and conflict management.
• You love diving headfirst into complex problems and will do whatever it takes to make things successful.
• You can operate with a high degree of autonomy and should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions.
