WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create meaningful engagement within the community by coming up with innovative ideas
• Uncover root cause of problems, analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations.
• Monitor all social feeds: Discord / Telegram / Twitter / etc
• Create help/support documentation within Intercom
• Provide support to our community

• Excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills
• Excellent empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to effectively manage multiple diverse and complex problems at the same time
• Customer service experience
• Exceptional client facing skills including relationship management and verbal communication
• Innovative and creative problem solving skills
• DeFi knowledge
