Quantstamp is hiring a Web3 Developer Relations Assistant

Quantstamp is looking for a Developer Relations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will offer essential support to our head of Developer Relations. The position demands a tech-savvy individual who excels in organization and communication, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, distributed work environment.
Your day-to-day work
- Facilitate external follow-up meetings and coordinate schedules
- Gather and organize technical information to stay informed about ongoing projects
- Provide proofreading support for both technical and non-technical documents
- Manage tickets in Jira occasionally, ensuring seamless task management
- Conduct thorough research on grants, hackathons, and other opportunities in various web3 ecosystems
- Assist in vendor research and vetting, ensuring the selection of optimal partners and resources
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, organizing data effectively for easy access and analysis
- Support community engagement through actively participating in developer forums, on social media platforms, and at events as needed
Need to haves
- Background in engineering, computer science or related field
- Proven experience in the developer relations space
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency using virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A positive, proactive approach to challenges and opportunities
- Some understanding of web3 and blockchain technology
- Must be available to cover Europe or Asia time zones with flexible hours as needed
Nice to haves
- Prior involvement in organizing or participating in Web3 hackathons
- Experience in producing technical documentation, blogs, or articles
