Bubble is hiring a Web3 Director, Partnerships

About the role:
We started serving our users in 2012, and are today one of the leading no-code platforms in the world. Bubble has thrived for many years due to a robust and loyal community and a thriving ecosystem. We are looking for a curious, creative, and analytical individual that is excited to help Bubble unlock even more of our ecosystem innovations for the benefit of our users. You will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional groups across Bubble to influence roadmaps and strategies to best align with the success and growth of our ecosystem. In addition, you will be responsible for understanding and estimating the financial impact of these investments on Bubble. This person will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
As our Director of Partnerships, you will:
- Ecosystem: define and execute go-to-market strategy, programs, and campaigns to drive ecosystem growth
- Strategic Partnerships: own, measure and grow strategic partnership relationships, helping progress negotiations, ensure successful launches, and deepen partnership/collaboration that drive meaningful growth
- Agency Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with agencies, as well as other individuals and organizations that develop apps for customers on Bubble
- Lead and motivate a high-performing partnerships marketing team
- Own P&L for all partnership initiatives including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
- Support and align with internal teams, such as Marketing to improve brand awareness; and Success to improve customer satisfaction and product engagement
- Set up best practices to ensure high quality of Bubble developers and ecosystem offerings
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, creating and growing ecosystems, and other relevant roles at fast growing, B2B SaaS technology companies
- 3+ years of relevant team management experience
- History of winning new business or growing existing partnerships
- Technical, analytical, and strategic thinker; data driven, but still creative and innovative
- Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders
- Ambitious, high energy, and persistent
- SaaS or no-code experience a big plus
