• Shadow the Co-Founder in meetings, travel, and strategic sessions; capture decisions, context, and critical insights
• Convert discussions into structured notes, action items, and executable task flows
• Input and manage tasks in workflow systems and ensure disciplined follow-through
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel across multiple time zones
• Prepare briefs, summaries, and pre-meeting intelligence for high-level interactions
