A bit about the role:

Immutable is the fastest company to reach unicorn status in Australia and a market leader in scaling blockchain technology and blockchain gaming. We have massive global expansion plans and want to hire the best in global talent to achieve these plans. 

We are looking for an experienced Executive Talent professional to join us and be the first member of our Executive Talent Squad. Reporting to the CPO, in this role you will scale our executive team as well as other selected senior leadership roles. The role will report to our CPO but also be embedded in the businesses you support, forming deep strategic partnerships with the Executive team. You will also partner with the CPO to build an executive talent squad and contribute to strategic talent programs.  This role will give you a platform to create a genuinely exceptional global Executive Talent squad in a greenfield environment. 

We are seeking global talent professionals who ideally have worked in a fast-paced growth environment in Technology, or in an Executive Talent role within a world-class Commercial/ GTM environment. Executive talent professionals from agencies deeply networked in the start-up/scale-up space globally are also encouraged to apply.
