We're building a virtual world from open source and p2p technology that players create and own. Everything in the world is an NFT. There's an inventory system, so you can bring your items and favorite memes to share with your friends. You’ll Be Responsible for...

• Managing tasks and schedules for everyone on game production, driving the project to completion
• Acting as the communication bridge between the leads, developers, and artists, making sure that when changes are implemented those who are involved know of the changes
• Defining, launching, and driving a game production pipeline
• Helping manage relationships with any third party studios and outsource schedules
• Aiding in the growth of the game production team by stepping in where needed within the pipeline
• Staying informed on the latest developments in the digital media industry and harnessing that knowledge for our benefit
• Generating detailed workflow documentation and associated schedules to convey a plan to over-deliver on expectations
• Participating in quality control over development
• Partnering with QA experts to ensure all issues are known and quickly resolved

You’re a Good Fit if...

You are/have:

• Experience in game production
• Experience in game art asset creation or in game design asset creation
• Experience with modern game engines and asset integration pipelines
• Hands on experience with game design (level design, game mechanics and economy design etc.)
• Experience working with a cross discipline team of artists, designers, animators and engineers
• Experience in project management and associated tools for managing development
• Knowledgeable of game industry trends and enjoys playing games
