Web3 Head of Partnerships

Compensation: $63k - $80k estimated

Gamium is a Web3 and Metaverse technology company with the vision to lead the change in Human Interactions and the mission to connect Real Humans.
With these goals in mind, Gamium is building the first Decentralized Social Metaverse and the Digital Identity of humans, which includes building different innovative products using blockchain technology and token standards.

What will your contribution in this role be?

  • Understand new market trends, spot potential synergies, identify high potential incumbents in order to develop and execute a partner strategy
  • Cultivate the relationship with potential partners
  • Find, negotiate and execute partnerships with other crypto related companies
  • Measure and optimize the performance of the existing partnerships
  • Work with the ecosystem and marketing teams on the execution of partner programs, events, to enable the growth of our ecosystem effectively
  • Actively seek out new revenue and investment opportunities
  • Develop growth strategies and plans, working closely with the CMO and the other teams
  • Offer market insight and knowledge that will contribute to the overall development of the Gamium ecosystem
  • Represent the company in meetings, media and conferences

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for managing the relationships between Gamium and its partners. This position will focus on developing new partnerships, maintaining current partnerships, or overseeing any other activities that strengthen these connections
  • Prospect, contact, negotiate and stablish relations with different companies from the Crypto, NFT, Metaverse, and traditional banking industries to increase Gamium brand awareness and grow audiences for Gamium App, Gamium World, and different Dapps
  • Create a lead generation strategy to feed our pipeline of Gamium and Metaverses partnerships, expanding the reach of our company
  • Have regular meetings with the Marketing team and report to CMO about the latest possible partnerships in the industry
  • Establish periodic meetings to understand partner needs and follow-up goals and kpis established previously
  • Prepare actions with partners to engage our audiences and get a mutual benefit from these actions
  • Give assistance to our partners to better understand their needs and help them in anything they require that alligns with the settlements of our alliance
  • Constantly iterate to improve the onboarding process. For this role, we need somebody who enjoys continually improving the nature and efficacy of their work
Framework, Boundaries of Work, Authority & Decision Making
  • The head of partnerships will have almost full authority over his duties. He will report directly to the CMO, who will help him establish strategies and KPIs to achieve the objectives of the company
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or equivalent with preferably a post-graduate degree
Minimum Experience
  • 6+ year experience in PE, VC, strategy consulting or a proven track record in successfully sourcing and building strategic partnerships, preferably in the financial or technological industry
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • A strong footprint in the US ecosystem is nice to have
Hard Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about the cryptocurrency and blockchain fields with a strong interest in CeFi, DeFi, Metaverse and NFTs. You love to constantly learn and keep abreast of trends and developments in the industry
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritize, communicate, and function in a small team, while liaising and coordinating with the other teams, in a multicultural and remote environment
  • Demonstrated history of creating and managing a Partnerships network
  • Strong familiarity with Gamium future products and principles technologies of today — this role will be strongly outward-facing so it is essential we have somebody well-versed meeting our potential partners

Salary Range
  • US$ 30000 - 45000 per year (depends upon candidate´s experience and knowledge)
