Web3 Head of Sales

Coin Terminal is one of the leading launchpads in the industry, with 550K+ on-chain KYC’d users and a growing ecosystem of products. We’re expanding beyond IDOs to deliver high-impact solutions for the future of on-chain fundraising.

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to own and scale revenue growth. You’ll lead the BD team, build a global affiliate network, and optimize sales operations across all channels. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the business development team
• Structure inbound/outbound lead flows and sales operations
• Build and scale a global affiliate program
• Set and hit aggressive revenue targets across BD and affiliate channels
• Unlock new monetization streams and regional growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Leadership experience with remote, performance-driven teams
• Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or SaaS sales cycles
• Strategic, fast-moving, and hands-on
