NFTpay is hiring a Web3 Head of Sales
Compensation: $21k - $90k estimated
Location: Miami, FL
NFTpay is on a mission to bring a billion people into Web3 through NFTs and is focused on eliminating the barriers to make this happen. NFTpay’s core offering is a payment solution for NFT projects/marketplaces allowing them to accept credit cards with no crypto wallet needed so customers can purchase NFTs in less than a minute.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to add to our quickly expanding team. The ideal candidate is a resourceful skilled leader with engaging energy, impressive experience producing millions in sales, and is extremely passionate about driving revenue and hitting huge goals quickly. We are a fast paced tech startup and there is a major opportunity to grow with the company.
POSITION SUMMARY The Head of Sales is responsible for the growth and development of the existing sales department as well as any new team members. Ensuring that the sales team’s culture is healthy, happy and productive at all times. You will also be the voice of revenue on the leadership team by developing and implementing a monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan to achieve revenue targets, while increasing profit margins.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES - Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully developing the sales team in alignment with the overall business strategy - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, expanding customer base and overall market awareness - Own annual sales target development process, and provide strategy for hitting/exceeding established agreed upon targets - Establish NFTpay’s brand awareness as leaders in the Web 3 community with an emphasis on the simple/hassle free user experience - Create recruiting strategy, set individual and team objectives, and provide ongoing coaching and professional development - Be the main point of contact for all project product vendors building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships - Duplicate success through process documentation and training program creation - Monitor the impact of marketing programs in achieving lead flow, sales conversion, and customer retention initiatives - Collaborate internally with the leadership team to create competitive sales efforts - Chase 10x sales efforts to create 10x revenue numbers - Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Ideal candidate is obsessive about the numbers, functions like a chief revenue officer, has a strong desire to crush revenue goals, embodies extreme leadership skills, has 4 years+ CRM experience along with managing sales teams, and ultimately has some big wins under their belt!
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - GED or High School Diploma (Required); BS in Business (Preferred, Not-Required) - 7+ years of building and scaling B2C or B2B inbound sales teams that is a setter and closer model (Required) - 5+ years of progressive leadership experience (Required) - 4+ years of experience using a CRM system - Current State Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (Required) - Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Required) - Experience working in a startup environment or creating your own projects (Preferred, Not-Required) - Experience working in the web3 space ((Preferred, Not-Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time - Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking - Ability to work in an enclosed office environment - Must be able to lift at least 25lbs - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements.
