We are a fast-growing start-up company and are in search for an energetic, highly motivated and focused individual to join the MPCH family. You will share our fundamental belief in the power and ubiquity of Multi Party Computation (MPC) to create enterprise products that fundamentally improve business process across sectors.

About The Role

This is a truly unique opportunity to channel your experience, energy and customer relationships to create a high scale sales machine for an exciting technology proposition. Based in the US preferably NYC and reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, your mission is to build, develop and drive a US based high-performance sales engine that drives customer acquisition and strategic growth. Our market opportunity is immediate and accelerating, so energy and experience in our core target customer segments is key. As an expert in sales with strong team leadership experience, you will be responsible as player/manager for development of relationships, GTM sales plans and white glove sales campaigns. The initial focus is to establish our initial product, Fraction, in your home market.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your knowledge across sectors of crypto, financial services, fintech and digital enterprise markets to profile and identify candidates for the US based sales team
  • Quickly recruit a team of energetic hunter salespeople to concentrate on developing the adoption of Fraction in the US and delivering high growth
  • Build and maintain the GTM strategy and plan
  • Flexibility to extend coverage to address evolving customer demand outside of NYC
  • Create the weekly and monthly cadence for team and CRO governance, KPIs and communication
  • Deliver timely and relevant information across the business to all internal department functions, collaborating proactively to improve the customer experience
  • Laser focus on closing contracts, beating the targets, KPIs and executing all associated planning
  • Quota setting, performance monitoring and management

Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently beating targets based on customer and contract acquisition
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships across a large customer base, engaging in multiple parallel deals
  • Experience in developing different GTM approaches for multiple target customer groups
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics and the ability to apply these to achieve deal predictability
  • Ability to engage in crypto specific technology and solution negotiations
  • Proven track record of success as a company matures from start-up to market leader
  • Proven high performance as an individual contributor salesperson and a sales leader
  • Solid knowledge, network connections and context in Fintech, crypto and digital enterprise markets
  • Degree level qualification, analytical skills, expert presenter and communicator
