Web3 HR Manager (C&B focus)

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and committed person to assist in HR operations for our Hong Kong Group Office and PRC Office. You will work alongside the HR Director and support the regional and China HR operation functions as necessary.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and act as the C&B lead in the HR team, responsible for all round C&B function including the payroll processing, benefits management, taxation, rental reimbursement process to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of C&B operation on daily basis
  • Develop the HR system and procedures and streamline related workflows to enhance the efficiency of the HR operation to support the rapidly grow business
  • Revamp and review the C&B process including the overall workflow of the payroll and MPF, tax
  • Manage and execute all relocation request across HK to other locations.
  • Provide professional advice and support to the staff on employee-related issues, and ensure the HR practices are in line with the company policy, grievances and relevant local laws
  • Ensure that visa applications and visa transfer cases are handled in a timely manner
  • Review and develop the corporate HR C&B policy, roll out to local operations across the region
  • Support the global and group HR Operations projects

· Degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplinesMinimum 10 years’ regional experiences in HR operations/ Compensation and Benefits, with experiences as C&B Manager to manage the overall payroll workflow for scale up operations

· Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and numerical sense

· Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to go above and beyond

· Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese

· Excellent presentation and communication skills

· A “can-do” attitude; you are diligent and loyal, quick, effective and responsible

· Self-motivation, being attentive to details and independent fast learner, not afraid but excited from often changes

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
