Product Lead (Blockchain)

Role Description The Product Lead (Blockchain) is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based solutions. This role involves leading discovery and requirements gathering, translating business needs into clear product specifications, and prioritizing features based on user value and technical feasibility. The Product Lead collaborates closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable blockchain products, overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, monitoring product performance, refining user stories, coordinating sprint planning, and ensuring regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded in product decisions. The role also includes mentoring team members, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and communicating product updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, requirements definition, and stakeholder communication.
• Blockchain and Web3 knowledge, such as distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices.
• Analytical skills for market research, user data analysis, metrics tracking, and making data-informed product decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations in an agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects remotely, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or other blockchain-related products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
