Rust Blockchain Developer Lead

About the Role:

As a rust developer you will help build the core parts of the RiskSwap trading platform.

You will:

• Design and implement smart contracts on Solana
• Build, maintain and improve RiskSwap existing code
• Work with team on feature design, scoping and implementation
• Improve code documentation and examples
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

About you:

• you have 2+ years of experience of full-time software development at an IT / Fintech company
• you have experience with Rust, specifically writing high-performance and high-security code
• you have experience working with DeFi protocols and other decentralized blockchain systems
• you possess basic knowledge of financial markets

Nice to have:

• Professional experience in crypto industry
• Experience working with Solana blockchain
• Existing contributions to open-source projects in crypto
• Practical knowledge and experience with C/C++
