About Pay3:

At Pay3, we are building instant payout infrastructure leveraging digital currency networks. Pay3 provides the operating layer for a plug and play digital currency payment solution to power payment providers across fiat and Web3. We are a well funded company looking to disrupt how payments are made globally.
With Pay3, you will get to build in the intersection of large scale distributed systems, fault tolerant robust payment systems and Web3/blockchain.

What you’ll do:

• Design, deploy, and run smart contracts in Solidity, Go or Rust
• Architect systems; comfortable designing backend schemas, APIs, storage and retrieval layers
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for iterative development
• Take ownership of developing and releasing new features
• Collaborate with technical team members and interview new ones
• Constantly explore ways to improve our systems and drive implementation

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company with examples of shipping product expeditiously
• 2 years of experience in blockchain technology and architectures (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, etc.)
• Thrive in a 0 to 1 environment at an early stage startup
• Can be autonomous - you can juggle a lot of different things and manage your time well
• Comfortable with ambiguity - startups are unpredictable
• Detail-oriented - you're known to think through every possible scenario
• Familiarity with building distributed systems; Docker, Kubernetes
• Expertise in Node.js or Django
• Have a keen interest in Web 3.0, NFTs, and the role these technologies will play in the years to come
