This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and critical to maintaining exchange stability in a 24/7/365 environment. You don’t need to have done this exact role before – what matters is strong systems thinking, strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to ramp quickly in a complex, high-impact environment.
