Web3 Rust Engineer (Solana)

Exo Technologies is a research and development firm founded by a group of early Solana community developers. Exo works across many different verticals (LSTs, DeFi, DePIN, and RWAs) with seed stage startups to large institutions. Some of our clients are Jito, 0x, Switchboard, and Solana Foundation. We're a small distributed team that's looking for engineers that are passionate about web3 and excited to work on a wide range of products.

You're a great fit if you're an engineer that is always looking to pick up new skills and work on different projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must as we're a fully remote team and expect engineers to interact with our clients.

Qualifications

• Prove you're human by stating your favorite TV show in additional notes

• Proficiency in Solana Blockchain Development using Rust

• Understanding of the SVM runtime

• Experience indexing Solana data with RPCs or Geyser

• Rust API development experience

• TypeScript experience is a plus

• Knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity best practices

• AI tooling experience is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills

• USA citizenship is a plus
