Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 2-3 years managing influencer programs, or public/talent relations.
• Superb project management and cross-functional organizational skills.
• Advanced understanding of metrics, and how to track, report, and influence them.
• Experience with fast-paced change management, ideally at a high-growth company.
• Able to take best practices and expertise in influencer marketing to constructively build campaigns
• Curious, passionate, and knowledgeable about all things social media – be across current trends and have a good understanding of leaders in this space
• A bold, innovative thinker and natural problem solver with a strong work ethic, never content with the status quo
• Full of great energy and a can-do attitude
• Exposed to Facebook Ads Manager, knowledge of paid social will be looked upon favorably.
• Able to follow the organizational process and display initiative to suggest change where beneficial
• Able to work well under the pressures of an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and deadline-sensitive environment
• Creative, agile, and flexible in the ever-changing landscape of social media
• Good with words; an excellent communicator on all fronts

You will 📲

• Demonstrate knowledge in the areas of social and influencer strategy
• Have a strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment
• Establish, nurture, and maintain great 1:1 partnerships with top influencers and social media creators
• Create campaigns around unique visions, draft the proposals and decide on the KPIs so that you can measure the campaign’s success.
• Responsible for influencer identification and outreach
• Work with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch ideas to influencers
• Report on influencer performance (organic and paid)
• Keep the team up-to-date on the influencer's trends – rising stars, emerging trends, best practices
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Develop actionable insights from campaigns, work with team members to measure the impact of our influencer outreach to deliver reports, and advise on future strategy
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies to amplify brand programs and product launches across different channels
