The Customer Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for refining and streamlining the onboarding process, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent customer focus, superior organizational skills, and meticulous process management. By leveraging these skills, you will contribute to an exceptional onboarding experience that aligns with defined processes and exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on customer-centricity.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and proactively address challenges, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Familiarity with the B2B payments or financial services industry is advantageous.
What You Will Do
- Manage and track the customers onboarding progress through the CRM system, ensuring a successful and timely activation of the account
- Develop strategies to improve customer communication and engagement during the onboarding journey.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience during the process. Ensure that the appropriate customer documentation, account limits, and country specific requirements are in place
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Executives to proactively identify and address potential roadblocks that may impede successful onboarding.
- Offer timely solutions and escalate issues as needed, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Strengthen collaboration with KYC, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure a harmonious and efficient onboarding process.
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance coordination and communication among internal teams, improving overall efficiency.
- Continuously assess and refine the onboarding process to optimize efficiency and meet or exceed SLAs.
- Implement improvements based on insights gathered during the onboarding journey.
