Performance Marketer (Crypto, Blockchain, and NFTs)

Job Description

Are you an ambitious, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist looking to pioneer a brand new marketing function in the Web3 space? As the first hire of the Performance Marketing team at Mintable, you are a hands-on, proven performance marketer who has experience in driving the marketing team's performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall management.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing (HOM), you will be a key member in the team and be heavily involved in building processes from scratch and have the autonomy to execute your strategies. Working collaboratively with the Chief Marketing Officer and HOM, you will be:

• Creating and executing a clear performance marketing strategy & execution plan across various paid media channels
• Identifying customer segmentations and channels to effectively target NFT/crypto natives and newbies
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
• Performing data analytics that support marketing plan
• Understanding the business is the core of decision making, and as a performance marketer, you will need to champion objective and provide insightful analysis on the key drivers of consumer behaviour and identify opportunities for further success.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we'll love for you to have:

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of prior experience in search marketing(PPC), affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels
• Experience in various bid strategies
• Prior experience developing and executing growth sprints
• Solid experience in campaign and channel analysis, including Google Analytics experience
• Sharp analytical skills and be able to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
• Deep interest in the web3 space and are involved in crypto/NFT
• A desire to own the business and build things from scratch
• Tech-savvy skills and are a strong communicator
