You will be responsible for scaling user acquisition across ad platforms while rigorously optimising spend efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in ad execution, strong analytical skills, and a growth mindset to experiment and iterate. Interested? Keep on reading! What you’ll be working on:

Planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, programmatic, crypto-native ad networks, etc.). Managing daily campaign execution, including targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and creative rotation. Monitoring and analysing performance KPIs (CAC, ROI, LTV, etc.) to ensure spend efficiency and strategic alignment. Collaborating with data, product, and design teams to run growth experiments and iterate on performance. Building and growing performance-based collaborations with publishers, influencers, and content platforms. Exploring and testing new acquisition channels and creative approaches specific to the crypto space. Tracking and reporting performance metrics to internal stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in crypto exchanges (CEX) or CFD trading platforms. Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels and affiliate marketing models. Proven track record of optimising CAC and improving marketing ROI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data dashboards. Familiarity with tracking, attribution tools and CRM systems. Experience running global and geo-targeted campaigns. Creative and proactive in identifying unconventional promotion strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Passion for the crypto space and a growth-focused mindset. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
